All I want for Christmas...

Dec 22th
Annie & Jackson visiting me and baby Rachel at the hospital.
They adore her and their own babies too!
Explanation:
Grandma gave each of the twins there own baby doll. At first Spencer objected to his son getting a doll -- until we explained to him that everyone would get a new baby on Dec 21st. After that...Spencer was OK w/ as many dolls as it took!

Dec 23rd
Another attempt at the classic "family Christmas picture"

There's no way you were going to get me in another picture this week,
and who uses a hospital bed as a background anyway?
The rest of the family looks cute though!

Dec 24th
Annie and Jackson admiring their baby sister.
They can't get enough of her!
They love to point our her eyes, ears, nose, etc
I hope she survives!!! Cute Rachel Joy Millerberg!!!
Along with giving the kids dolls, we bought them a baby set to use with their dolls.
Spencer thought we could use some items for Rachel also :)
--Neither she nor mom thought it was such a good idea --

Dec 25th - CHRISTMAS DAY!
8 am
Christmas with Annie and Jackson literally lasted all day! Here's the begining when most of the presents where still wrapped.
They're not into the "hurry and unwrap" part - they need to play with each and every toy, eat, and take naps inbetween.
We didn't mind the naps and meals either. No "favorite toy" emerged, nor did they prefer the boxes over the toys
...nope...they loved all of their new toys!

This sucks :)
Annie with her "real vacuum"...perhaps this will keep them from attacking my vacuum!
Is it just me, or does she look like "Little Cindy Lou from Whoville?"

SHOES!!!

Annie loves shoes!
Big, little, fancy, it doesn't matter--
she was even kind enough to share the yellow one's with Jackson.

Vroom, Vroom!
Jackson pushed his truck around the house for an hour making noises and filling it with blocks. No wonder Spencer was excited to give Jackson this truck!
2 pm
Spencer stuck in a pile of paper reading a box saying,
"Some assembly required."
6 pm
The house was a wreck, the kids were happy,
and the presents were still not all opened. Oh how I love Christmas!
It was a wonderful Christmas for me too! I came home from the hospital on Christmas Eve with a sweet little baby girl, had a yummy turkey dinner, got new PJ's, wooden spoons, and a vacation planned in February for just the two of us! Yes... a wonderful Christmas indeed.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Oh, those babies at the porta crib is the most wonderful picture. What a miracle to have three beautiful little babies.

I hope you are feeling good, Amanda. Seeing the wrapping paper made me want to drive down and pick it all up for you. I wish that blogs were real-time!

I love the picture of your twins standing on chairs in their diapers looking into the portacrib. That is a classic. We are so excited for you guys.
