Arkansas always has something random going on and it is my responsibility to find out what it is every weekend. Last weekend it was the first annual Kite Festival. The kids got to make their own kites--our kids just decorated. They had music, people, kites, everything but wind. No worries--the kites were so simple that they flew with little wind--perfect for two 2 and 1/2 year olds. Here are some pictures:
