Emergency Prepardness Fair

Spencer and I have been on the Emergency Preparedness Fair for the last 2 years. Our church puts on an educational fair for the community to help educate and prepare them for emergencies. This year it was huge! Our friends Mandy and Jenn collected countless donations for the event and we were able to give out a thousand 72 hour kit starters and free lunch to the over 4000 people that came. Our friends, the Larsens, were in charge of putting the event together and they did a fabulous job.
I did what I do best--Food! I was in charge of the lunch. Nothing fancy--hot dogs, drinks, cookies, and chips. Doesn't sound too complicated, but we are happy to have it over with.
