Christmas in Salt Lake

Our infamous travels to Salt Lake--it just wouldn't be Christmas without the luggage, airports, lost toys throughout the airplanes and a loving welcoming family to greet us when we get there! Spencer and I were so happy to spend Christmas with our families--full of fun and traditions we had a wonderful time! We love that the kids can really get to know their grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles well-and have so much fun!
Lights, hayride, and Santa at Wheeler Farm.

Alisa and I thought it would be fun to make everyone in the family do a talent on Christmas Eve--not everyone thought it was such a great idea, but thanks to all who participated. Here are some of the notable talents: The Millerbergs rendition of Jingle Bells, Alisa's dramatics reading of a Christmas book, Abbie's piano playing, Berekley and Addison's vomit abilities, and more--what a great new tradition we have started. Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with for next year.
One of my favorite days while getting ready for Christmas was decorating gingerbread houses with my mom, sisters, cousins, and kids--it was snowing outside and the kids were having so much fun-it was a beautiful morning.
Candy, more candy, more candy--This is Annie and Jackson "making candy" although what they did most of all during our trip was eat candy. A 3 week diet of gummy bears, chocolate, candy canes, and pizza.
Thanks mom for the beautiful Christmas dress--Annie loves "the dress Grandma Julie sewed."
