Mexico

Spencer and I were able to go with our friends the Blanchards and the Holleys to Mexico for a week. Thank you Millerberg family for taking the kids for us!! We had such a great time relaxing, exploring Mexico, and sitting on the beach. Especially with baby C coming, this was a much needed trip. Here are some of the highlights:

I know it is small--but this is Spencer swimming down the rapids in a muddy river in the middle of nowhere Mexico. This particular picture is him getting stuck in between two rocks. Besides coasting down the river, Spencer also did the jungle canopy tours and night scuba diving.

We happened to be traveling during the rainy season. Overall we didn't mind. We had beautiful days and rainy evenings. The first day we all took a trip to Wal-mart. It was an adventure coming home in ankle deep puddles.

I think the hit of the week was the slide at the pool. Bryant and Spencer made the slide popular with a collection of mini contests. (Largest splash, smallest splash, most unique, etc.) This was the human train.
