We had our Christmas Holiday in Salt Lake this year. Because we were going to be gone we wanted to have our own little Christmas at home first. We had a nice dinner and let the kids exchange their secret sibling gifts. They also got all their gifts from mom and dad (socks and underwear--the exciting stuff). We had a blast with the kids playing with all their new toys and seeing what they got for each other.
This was my favorite exchange. Jackson had his mind set on giving Annie her very own bag of chocolate cereal--needless to say she loved it!! Best brother ever! We really encouraged the kids to think about their sibling and watch them so they could really choose something for them that they needed or loved.
Rachel went into the store knowing exactly what she wanted to get Jackson--the problem was she didn't fill me in on the info. After walking down every toy aisle 3 times I asked her to describe it to me. "You know mom, the thing that the Lamanites used to shoot with in the Book of Mormon. Dah!"
Another Christmas favorite gift.
He had no clue what he was doing but he fit the part. Go Davis! Annie is the best at twister so watch out anyone who dares play with her.
Lots of Cinnamon rolls--we made tons this year to share and they were so good!! We may have to make more next year.
