Baker Family Reunion-Jackson

My family took at trip to Jackson this summer. We had such a great time hanging out together and exploring Wyoming. The kids loved playing everyday with their cousins and seeing all the wildlife. One of my favorite parts was seeing Seven Brides for Seven Brothers with the family. My kids have been singing the songs with me since.

My mom is a fantastic sewer! She made these dresses for all the girls. Even though each girl had her own different personality and smile-they all got to match and laugh together this Sunday morning.

Yellowstone--Spencer told the kids that the geysers were earth farts--that is why there were stinky. We drove around the whole day hiking and smelling all of the lovely earth farts. They loved Old Faithful and seeing the sulfur fly up!

I have been to Yellowstone several times and never saw a bear--there is a first for everything.
We actually saw a Brown Bear and her cub crossing the road.
My favorite---Jenny Lake! Spencer took Annie and Jackson on a canoe ride while I took Davis and Rachel on a 4 and 1/2 mile hike with my sisters. (We thought it would be a 2 mile hike around the lake and we ended up in a down poor rain storm.) We had so much fun and I was so glad that we finished the hike--even though Spencer had to run in at the end to get Rachel for me--she wasn't such a fan of the rain. Thank you to my sisters and brother-in-law also for helping Rachel.
