This is one of Annie and Jackson's favorite books--so it was really fun to have them help pick all the apples from our tree this year. The apples are delicious and Annie and I eat one everyday. We have tons though, so I decided to can some apple pie filling with part of them. I was a bit intimidated to can anything, but we did it and I am excited to use them later this year.
Jackson told me that he didn't want to say "cheese" for this picture. 
Possibly Annie's favorite food.
